There were 1185 cars produced all in all.

Sports Aston Martin DB4 GT modification was in production since 1959 till 1963 and it was a coupe provided with two Weber carburetors, double ignition, and short wheelbase. There were 75 cars more produced.

Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato modification provided with 300-horsepower engine and boasting of a streamlined Zagato body was also produced in 1959.

There were only 90 of this brand's lightest and fastest model made.
