Aston Martin: The Nineteen 50ies

New sports car "DB-2" provided with 105-horsepower 2.6-liter engine was produced in 1950. It took part in many races and quite often was a success.

Sporty modification "DB-3S", which motor put out over 200 hp, was in production since 1953 till 1956. It was one of the best Aston Martin brand name race cars.

"DB-4" was provided with a 240-horsepower 6-cylinder 3.7-liter aluminium engine that featured 2 overhead camshafts. This model was created by Tadek Marek and boasted of a rear suspension on trailing arms and torsion bars. The model's light body became more elegant and attractive in talking of its shape.
